Automatic Hydraulic Band Saw for Ø330 mm Cutting

This automatic horizontal band saw is designed for mitre cutting materials up to 330 mm in diameter. The machine features a robust, articulated welded arm with a precise three-sided hardmetal guide and preloaded conical bearings for high-quality, accurate cuts.

User-friendly controls are located on the front panel, with a backlit display for programming and monitoring. A floating feeding vice with 600 mm stroke minimizes collision risks. The saw includes automatic speed adjustment based on material shape, digital angle and band speed displays, and preset return positions for arm and vice.

Additional equipment such as roller conveyors, Micronizer, hydraulic bundle clamping, band tension indicator, and laser liner are available upon request.
