The Carif 320 BA TOUCH 4.0 is a robust automatic hydraulic bandsaw designed for efficient, repeatable cutting of solid bars and production material, with single-side mitre cutting from 0° to +60°.

A 7-inch touchscreen with Carif Industry 4.0 multifunctional software provides a modern and intuitive interface for programming cutting jobs. Cutting programs can be created and stored by part name or code, while USB and LAN connectivity allow programs to be imported, exported and accessed through the company network. The software also supports remote monitoring, machine statistics and remote assistance.

The machine combines a 2.2 kW blade motor with electronic speed control from 15–120 m/min and Carif’s patented hydraulic system for smooth regulation of bow feed and cutting pressure. Hydraulic material feeding, hardened and carburised jaws, front and rear hydraulic vices and a material-presence sensor support secure, consistent handling of long solid bars.

Automatic memorisation of the cutting start point and cutting length helps reduce setup and adjustment time, while the machine is supplied with practical equipment including a 1-metre infeed roller unit, coolant system, working LED light, powered blade brush, flushing hose and vertical hydraulic clamping device.

With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø275 mm or 320 × 220 mm, the 320 BA TOUCH 4.0 is suited to workshops and production environments requiring automation, repeatability and straightforward control in a compact single-mitre bandsaw.
