The Carif 450 BA TOUCH 4.0 is a heavy-duty automatic hydraulic bandsaw developed for efficient, repeatable cutting of solid bars and demanding production materials.
Built around a robust structure with a 34 mm saw blade and powerful 4 kW blade motor, the machine combines high cutting capacity with electronically variable blade speed from 15–100 m/min, allowing cutting parameters to be adapted to different materials and applications.
A 7″ LED touchscreen with multilingual Carif Industry 4.0 software provides an intuitive interface for creating and managing cutting programs. Programs can be imported and exported via USB or LAN, while network connectivity enables remote monitoring, machine statistics and deviation monitoring.
Automatic memorisation of the cutting start position and cutting length, combined with hydraulic feeding and powerful front and rear hydraulic vices, helps reduce setup and adjustment time during repeat production. Hardened and carburised jaws provide secure clamping and reliable feeding of long solid bars.
CARIF’s patented hydraulic control system provides smooth regulation of bow feed and cutting pressure, while single-side mitre capability allows cutting from 0° to +60°. The machine also includes practical equipment such as a 1-metre infeed roller unit, coolant system, powered blade brush, LED working light and hydraulic vertical clamping device.
With cutting capacity up to Ø330 mm or 450 × 240 mm, the Carif 450 BA TOUCH 4.0 is suited to fabrication, engineering and production environments requiring high-capacity automated cutting with modern touchscreen control.
