Used Compact Double Chamber Cardboard Baler

The Compact Double Chamber Baler is a practical waste-compaction solution for sites handling smaller quantities of recyclable material such as cardboard, plastic film and paper.

Its two-chamber design allows one chamber to run a compaction cycle while the second chamber remains available for loading. This helps reduce handling time, avoids the need to store loose material separately and makes it easier to keep different recyclable waste streams separated.

The machine is particularly suitable for goods-in areas, warehouses, workshops and other locations where cardboard boxes and pallet wrap are generated close together. By producing compact bales, it can help reduce the space taken up by recyclable waste and may reduce reliance on wheelie bins and skips.

The baler has two 700 × 500 mm top-loading openings, a fast 35-second cycle time and can produce bales weighing up to approximately 75 kg. With an IP65 rating, it can be positioned indoors or outdoors. A bale trolley is supplied to assist with bale ejection and handling.
