Can Millennium Machinery assess a site before equipment is ordered?

Where required, we can also prepare a proposed workshop layout showing the planned positioning of machinery and supporting equipment. This can help customers understand space requirements, workflow and installation considerations before equipment is ordered.

Do you provide machinery installation and commissioning throughout Ireland?

Yes. Millennium Machinery provides machinery installation and commissioning services throughout Ireland.

Our team can position and set up the equipment, check key machine settings and operating functions, and confirm that the machine is ready for use. We also provide practical recommendations on correct operation, maintenance and ongoing use where required.

Can operator training be included?

Yes. Operator training can be included on request.

Customers receive the relevant manufacturer manuals, technical documentation and operating instructions supplied with the equipment. In addition, our experienced engineering team can provide practical guidance on machine operation, setup and specific features based on extensive hands-on experience with industrial machinery.

Can existing workshop machinery be replaced or removed?

Yes. Millennium Machinery can support customers who are replacing or upgrading existing workshop equipment.

Following an inspection and assessment of the existing machine, we may be able to offer a buy-back option where appropriate. Our team can also help identify and specify suitable replacement machinery based on the application, required capacity and future workshop needs.

Is annual machinery servicing available?

Yes. Annual machinery servicing and planned maintenance can be arranged for supported equipment.

This service is particularly popular with educational institutions and larger manufacturing facilities where regular inspection and maintenance are important for safety, reliability and reducing unexpected downtime. Annual servicing can also be arranged for smaller businesses and individual machine owners.

Are spare parts available after installation?

Yes. Spare parts for supported machinery can be supplied from stock in Ireland or sourced through our European supplier network.
