The Carif 260 BSA VAR-E is a heavy-duty Italian semi-automatic bandsaw designed for precise and efficient metal cutting. Built with a robust powder-coated steel base and a hardened aluminium bow structure, it delivers exceptional stability and long-term durability. The patented hydraulic system ensures fine control of cutting pressure and bow feed, providing consistent results across a wide range of materials.

This model features an advanced front control console with a movable electrical cabinet, allowing fast adjustment of bow position, cutting speed, and piece counting. The 260 BSA VAR-E supports mitre cutting from –45° to +60°, using conical bearings for smooth and accurate rotation independent of the material support tables.

A 2.2 kW speed variator provides stepless blade control from 20 to 100 m/min, making the saw suitable for a wide variety of cutting applications. Standard equipment includes a 50-litre coolant system, large chips container, 500 mm measuring stop, and a high-quality M42 bimetal blade.
Thanks to its controlled frame height, this model is particularly well-suited for use with output roller tables.
