The Carif 550 BSA is a robust semi-automatic bandsaw engineered for heavy-duty industrial cutting of large steel profiles, solid bars, and structural materials. Built with a reinforced powder-coated steel base and a one-piece welded steel bow structure, the saw ensures excellent rigidity and long-term durability.

Carif’s patented hydraulic system enables precise regulation of bow feed and cutting pressure, ensuring smooth, accurate cutting performance across a wide range of materials. The heavy-duty gearbox combined with a 1.4/2.4 kW 2-speed motor (32–64 m/min) provides the torque and stability needed for demanding applications.

The 550 BSA features a digital angle display for mitre cutting from –45° to +60°, a swing-arm console for easy control of blade speed, cutting height, blade tension, and piece counter, as well as a cutting height memory function. Additional productivity features include a powered blade brush, eccentric roller for short piece cutting, 50 L coolant system, large chip container, load-cell blade tension sensor, and a hinged frame cover for easy blade changes.

Supplied with an M42 bimetal blade (3820 × 34 × 1.1 mm) and service accessories, the Carif 550 BSA is ideal for workshops and fabrication environments requiring a powerful, accurate, and user-friendly semi-automatic metal cutting solution.
