The Optimum OPTIturn TU 2807 is a fully equipped 230 V centre lathe with a 266 mm swing over the bed, 580 mm of saddle travel and a 26 mm spindle bore. The hardened spindle runs in adjustable precision tapered roller bearings with a nose concentricity better than 0.009 mm, and six speeds from 150 to 2000 min⁻¹ cover most materials, so you can turn longer shafts, bushes and threads accurately. The 3-jaw chuck and change gear set are included, so you can start work straight after setup.
