OPTIMUM OPTIsaw S 275NV Metal Bandsaw Set

The OPTIMUM OPTIsaw S 275NV Metal Bandsaw Set combines the variable-speed S 275NV metal bandsaw with a MSR 7 height-adjustable material stand, three M42 bi-metal bandsaw blades and two Ø52 mm spare brush assemblies.

The OPTIsaw S 275NV is designed for accurate metal cutting with a continuously adjustable blade speed of 20–90 m/min, allowing the cutting speed to be adapted to different materials and applications. The machine features a sturdy cast construction, hydraulic saw arm lowering, coolant system, quick-clamping vice and ball-bearing blade guides.

With a 1.5 kW drive motor and 230 V supply, the saw uses 2480 × 27 × 0.9 mm blades and provides cutting capacity up to Ø225 mm round or 150 × 245 mm rectangular at 0°, with mitre cutting up to +60°.

The included OPTIMUM MSR 7 material stand provides approximately 2,000 mm of roller support, with an adjustable working height of approximately 650–950 mm. Its heavy-duty steel rollers and stable frame are designed to support and move longer workpieces more easily, with a maximum static table load of 700 kg.

Three 2480 × 27 × 0.9 mm M42 bi-metal bandsaw blades are included, giving the workshop replacement blades ready for continued operation. The available tooth pitches can be selected to suit the material and section being cut (M42 blades in 4/6, 6/10 and 10/14)

The set also includes two OPTIMUM Ø52 mm spare brush assemblies, compatible with the S275G / S275N / S275NV / SD280 / SD281V.
