OPTIMUM OPTIdrill DH 40CT Workshop Set combines the heavy-duty DH 40CT pillar gear drill with the BSI 140 industrial machine vice and SPW 12 clamping tool kit, creating a complete drilling, workholding and clamping package for professional workshops.
The OPTIdrill DH 40CT features a solid cast construction, smooth-running ground gears operating in an oil bath and a wide spindle speed range of 95–3,200 rpm. Its large cross table can be adjusted using three handwheels and includes an integrated longitudinal scale and adjustable end stops. With drilling capacity up to 32 mm in steel, right/left rotation, drilling depth stop and thread-cutting function, the machine is designed for demanding drilling and workshop applications.
The included BSI 140 Machine Vice provides industrial-quality workpiece holding with precision-ground replaceable prism jaws, long guides to help prevent jaw tilting and multiple mounting options for positioning on the drilling table. It offers a 140 mm jaw width and up to 150 mm clamping span.
For additional workholding flexibility, the set also includes the SPW 12 58-piece clamping tool kit with M12 threads and 14 mm T-slot nuts. Supplied in a practical holder, the kit includes tightening bolts, T-nuts, nuts, extension nuts, clamping elements and blocks for a wide range of clamping setups.
