Millennium Machinery Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Overview

Starting from October 14th, 2025, Millennium Machinery will hold ongoing giveaways.
For every 50 purchases made on our website or in our showroom, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a FREE GIFT.

The promotion starts on October 14th, 2025, and will continue until further notice. Each giveaway round will close once 50 purchases have been made.

Eligibility

  • Open to all individual customers aged 18 or older residing in Ireland.
  • Both new and returning customers are eligible.
  • Employees of Millennium Machinery, its agents, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • Each customer who makes a purchase (of any value) automatically receives a unique entry number at checkout.
  • The customer’s name, surname, email, and phone number are collected solely for the purpose of contact in case of winning.
  • When 50 entries are collected, a random draw will be held to determine one winner.
  • After each draw, a new round begins for the next 50 purchases.

No Purchase Beyond Normal Sale Required

No additional payments or entry fees are required beyond the standard product purchase.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be RANDOMLY SELECTED using a transparent randomization method (e.g., a digital random number generator).
  • The winner will be contacted via email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at purchase.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another participant may be selected.

Prize Details

  • The prize is a FREE GIFT chosen by Millennium Machinery (non-transferable, no cash alternative).
  • The prize may vary between giveaway rounds and will be described on the official GIVEAWAY page.

Publicity & Data Protection

  • Winners may be announced on our website and social media, using only their first name and county (unless they opt out).
  • Personal data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be used for marketing without consent.

Fairness and Transparency

  • This giveaway is free to enter with purchase and does not constitute a lottery under Irish law.
  • The draw will be conducted fairly and recorded for transparency.

 Right to Modify or Cancel

·        Millennium Machinery reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if necessary due to technical, organizational, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
In such cases, Millennium Machinery shall not be held responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from changes or cancellation of the promotion.

Participants have the right to withdraw from the Giveaway at any time before the draw takes place.
To do so, they should contact info@millenniummachinery.ie.
Upon withdrawal, the participant’s contact details will be removed from the Giveaway database in accordance with GDPR requirements.
