Returns & cancellation of orders.
Please note: Very Important: No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Millennium Machinery. If you intend to return any product or order to Millennium Machinery you must first contact us at info@millenniummachinery.ie to let us know you are doing so and receive a RMA number. without this RMA, returned goods will not be accepted.

Packaging: Customer must take care to securely package all goods. The RMA number will enable prompt processing of your returns. (Failure to include the RMA number will result in the rejection of your return). Customer is responsible for returning products to Millennium Machinery at the Customer"s risk and expense. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance and keep a record of proof of posting. 

Unwanted Goods
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Millennium Machinery and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, within 14 days of receipt of goods, This is only applicable if goods remain in a "as new" and unused condition including all parts and packaging remain in tact. All un-wanted returns will subject to a handling / restocking charge of 25%. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.

Special orders
Non standard stock items or Special orders (including spare/replacement parts) cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. Standard stock orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.

Ownership of Goods
Any product(s) returned to Millennium Machinery shall become the property of Millennium Machinery. If Millennium Machinery determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, Millennium Machinery  reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts. Millennium Machinery will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.

NB: The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
